I am an adoptee 18 years of age or older, I am an adoptive parent of a minor child, and/or I am the parent of an adoptee over 18 who has given me permission to search on their behalf. I understand that search requests are accepted only from the adoptive parent/legal guardian of the minor child in question, the adult adoptee in question, or the adoptive parent of the adult adoptee in question who has given permission and is being supported by their above mentioned adoptive parent. I understand that social workers, friends, and relatives may not sign up on behalf of an adoptee. I understand that there is no guarantee of finding birth family and that my search may be unsuccessful.
