Ethiopian family searching for their brother / cousin. Mengistu Chinasho Abate, boy born 2001, was relinquished by his brother Chisha C. after the death of his parents in the Wolayta zone, SNNPR. Mengistu was adopted at the age of 4 in 2005 through an unknown agency to an unknown country. The family has received no information since Mengistu’s adoption and very much wishes to hear that he is ok.
