Details of child(ren)’s abandonment According to the police report Yohannes (name given by the police) was found at 15 days old. He was abandoned by an unknown person and found on 23/09/2008 (another form says he was found on 10/10/2008) at 2:00AM in Kirkos Sub-City, Kebele 11/12 in a special place around the Kirkos Commercial Center on the side of the road. The form also included that Yohannes was admitted to the Cherkos Sub-City Police Department.
