At that time the neighbour took the child to an orphanage in Addis Ababa without the mothers permission. The mother has asked for me to enter this information for her. She is wanting to know if her child is ok. Photos were sent by Betsa Hetsanet to the birth mother in 2013 but she has not received any info since then.
