Ethiopian father is searching for Tinsae Birhanu born in Bench Maji in 1999. Tinsae was adopted to France at age 4. The adoption paperwork stated that his mother was deceased; however, she is alive. Tinsae also has a brother and a sister. This family has never received an update on Tinsae and they very much want to know he is alive and doing well.
