Additional information about the child Yakob was originally from Kebele 02, Dire Dawa Region. His sister, Elsa, placed him in the Yezare Abebawoch orphanage. Yakob believes Elsa then moved to Djibouti. She was about 23 at the time. A lady named Hilina D., who may have worked for the government, may have additional information on Elsa. The Yezare Abebawoch orphanage was closed down and the kids were moved to different orphanages.
