Give information about child’s Ethiopian family, if known. Presumed to be abandoned at or just after birth at Godanaw Womens Rehabilitation Project. Sele Enet Orphanage did the paperwork but he never physically went there, rather was transferred to Koala house. Adopted at 6 months of age. There’s some indication paperwork could have been mixed up with another child who was adopted to Australia as translations of file strongly suggest this.
