Additional information that could be useful to the case Rosa came into care with another girl age 4 (confirmed later to be 5) when she came into care- Enata Henok. Enata Henok is Rosa’s maternal Aunt. They are very close in age. She asked about Rosa constantly the first few years in my home. She would like to know Rosa is doing well and wants to see how she is doing. We know language maybe a struggle as Enata speaks English. Enata feels personally responsible for Rosa as they came into care together and she was instructed by the first family to take care of Rosa and it would put her mind at ease to know her niece is healthy and thriving.
