Adoptive Parent of Biftu Gemadi is searching for her younger bio-sibling. Biftu was the older sister and caretaker to the infant boy, Ethiopian name Aberra Gemadi, who was born around 2008 in Nazaret / Adama, Oromia Region. According to their Ethiopian mother, Zenaba G., she relinquished Aberra to the Nazaret / Abama hospital because he was sick. They believe this was in 2008 prior to Biftu’s own adoption to the USA in 2009. The receiving country, adoption agency, and orphanage are all unknown however the Ethiopian mother had some connections to Kingdom Vision International Orphanage and Biftu was adopted through Hope Adoption Agency.
