The agency was Les Enfants de Reine de Misericorde. The orphanage was called BETHE HISANAT or Bête Hitsanet. She was adopted when I was 5, almost 6. Her two sisters were born in 2004 and 2006. They were born in Debre Tabor. Their parents are deceased. They may have a little brother or half-brother named Abebe Aschilo. Our grand father’s name is Mihiret K. It was our grandfather who put us in orphanage.
The adoptee remembers her mother’s name was Birket and her mother had siblings Dogou, Aveve, and Testé. She had 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Our grandfather gave us a picture of our mother, but an older girl in the orphanage took it.
