Adoptive Parent searching for Ethiopian family of girl born in 2006 and found abandoned in Kembatta Tembaro zone SNNPR as an infant. She was found at 10 am in the morning close to the waterfalls Ajora and Sarobira and an Orthodox Church known as Saint Rhipsima. There was a letter with her believed to be written by her mother. She was found by Tagessech Terkel who lives in the area who later took her to Shinshicho. In Shinshicho, she was cared for by Amerech Geleso (a social worker) and her husband Asfaw Tesfaye who named her and took her to Hosanna. In 2006 she was adopted to the USA through Children’s Home Society and Family Services.

Details of child(ren)’s abandonment found abandoned around 10am in the morning in a tote bag made of tall grass (used commonly for carrying shopping items). The place where she was found was is close to the waterfalls Ajora and Sarobira and an Orthodox Church known as Saint Rhipsima (spelling unsure of) and it is used for cattle grazing. Children who were playing in the area heard her cry and notified Tagessech Terkel who lives in the area, who later took her to the local police station in Shinshicho. She was found with a letter which is assumed to be from her mother. In Shinshicho, she was cared for by Amerech Geleso (a social worker) and her husband Asfaw Tesfaye who named her and took her to Hosanna.
