Additional information Hizkeal was found approximately at an age of 3 months, he has a few birthmarks, two on his belly, one slightly shaped like a heart and two around his neck. His ear fold is relatively flat on both ears, its called lidding.

Details of child(ren)’s abandonment Hizkeal’s exact birth date is unknown. Hizkeal was claimed to be abandoned in Addis Ababa, specifically at a place informally called Goro Amssa. He was found abandoned on November 25, 2015 at about 8 o’clock in the evening. Mrs. Tsedenya B. found him in front of her house, next to the gate. Hizkeal wore same color hat and cloth. He was wrapped in pink color cloth. A half empty bottle of milk was placed beside him. She headed for the nearest police station which was Goro police station with Hizkeal. Then she and the police took the baby to Kebebe Tsehai orphanage. Custody of the child was transferred to Kebebe Tsehai Orphanage on the same date on 25th of November 2015. The document states that the child was approximately 3 months old when he was found.
