Details of child(ren)’s abandonment According to the police report, Dagim was abandoned at Yeka Micheal Church, Yeka Sub-City, Woreda 05, Kebele on 11 July 2015 when aged estimated one month old. He was found by Meseret D.
Police officer involved with the case Police Officer Jemal S. took Dagim to Kebebe tsehay Orphanage on the same day. Cheif Inspector Basazinew A. then requested the return of his ID. Receiving worker at Kebebe tsehay was Emebet E.
