Additional information about this orphanage or care center I was told by Susan Cotten that sometime children came directly into the care of the International Adoption Guides care center because the Ethiopian state-run orphanage was over capacity. But there was a Fenot Lewogen stamp on the paperwork. Our son arrived at IAG when he was six days old (Date in the orphanage: February 18, 2009). That information has been confirmed by multiple people; ED, nanny, photos with date stamps.
